What is the real estate commission for purchasing a property?
Our commission is freely determined after written agreement with you. In any case, our minimum fee is 2% + VAT on the market value, with a minimum amount of 2.500,00 € + VAT.
When is the right time to buy real estate?

What are the costs of buying a property?
Calculate roughly 7-8% of the agreed value. This includes notary fees, transfer tax (if you are not exempt), legal and technical inspection, registration fees, and brokerage fees.
Should I take out a loan to buy a house?
Of course, you should take it, and it may be particularly advantageous for you. If you want to get a general idea of whether it is advantageous for you to take out a mortgage, calculate the return on the property and compare it with the cost of borrowing. Of course, there are other factors to consider, but generally speaking, if the rent you would pay is equal to or less than the monthly loan installment, then it is obviously beneficial for you. However, even if the installment is higher, or you have to pay a down payment, it may still be beneficial for you, as over time the value of your property will increase, and you should of course take into account the benefit you derive from using the property.
