About Tilemachos Kapiris
I was born in Athens and studied at the 16th High School of Athens. I studied Naval Engineering at the University of West Attica. After my military service I worked in a design/construction/sales company for 11 years, as a Residential Installation Engineer and carried out related studies. In the same company I also took over the sales of installation materials. I was attracted to the insurance industry and obtained my certification and license as a Financial and Insurance Consultant. I was quickly promoted to a leading company in the industry, built a large portfolio and received many awards.
After 25 years in sales and having built up a significant network and clientele, the time has come for even greater distinction, this time in the real estate industry, where I have excelled in recent years.
In my Real Estate career I have worked with 2 well-known companies in Athens and now I am Team Leader at YOUR HOME SOLD™, I have my own support and sales team and at the same time I have the responsibility of developing the company in the field of its agents.
I have attended more than 1,000 hours of relevant seminars and I continue to improve and keep up to date with all developments in the real estate market.
I live in Glyfada with my family and of course I am active in the area, but also more broadly in the demanding market of the southern suburbs of Attica and always close to the sea.
