Training courses for new real estate agents
Basic Training
Our basic training program starts at the beginning of our partnership and lasts for 4 weeks, with 2 sessions/week. All material is divided into sessions, which you can follow online, and a weekly meeting is held in our office to monitor your progress. During this program you will learn how to set goals and how to achieve them, our office operating standards and customer service standards, how to find properties and new clients, and how to build the foundations of your business. Separate webinars are held to teach you the techniques of exclusive assignments, as we are the leaders in exclusive real estate assignments.

AGENTS - EN GUIDE
Dynamic Development
Our second training programme is 8 weeks long and can also be followed online. It is aimed exclusively at our Agents who have successfully completed the basic training and want to improve their results and skills. It is scheduled to take place approximately 1 year after the start of our partnership. Apart from the main topics it includes, such as advanced customer finding techniques and optimized communication practices, we have incorporated many elements for lead generation and online – offline marketing specific to the Greek market.

PRO Agent
This program is only for Agents who have at least 3 years of experience, are among the best and aim to be at the top of the industry. It lasts 12 weeks with weekly sessions and fantastic audiovisual material, created by our office, perfectly adapted to the local market. With this programme you can create a constant lead generation mechanism, with the logic that they find you, not you search for them.
