Theofanis Roussas is the founder and CEO of the company and a major shareholder. He was born in Athens, grew up in Galatsi, and holds a master’s degree in Civil Engineering.
Since 1998, as a freelancer and entrepreneur, he has constructed public projects with a budget of millions of euros, has participated in hundreds of tenders, studies and teams of large private projects, has a contractor’s degree of higher class for construction of buildings, roads, public hydraulic works, ports and industrial – energy projects and is currently a shareholder in a 4th class construction company, contributing his license and experience.
Since 2013 he has been actively involved in the local real estate market and has prepared dozens of property valuation reports. At the same time, he has attended over 3.000 hours of seminars and courses, always related to the real estate market, especially on sales, communication, marketing, negotiations, business strategy, valuation, real estate laws, specialized technical issues, etc. For selected clients, he exclusively represents them in the sale of their properties. He spends his free time first with his family and his Agents, and if there is anything left over, he will devote his time in writing a HOW TO manual for the real estate profession, creating educational videos for real estate consultants, and on social media, with real estate information and tips.
