Fotini Papachatzi is the COO of the company and the second shareholder. She was born in a beautiful place just outside Vytina, but at the age of 3 she moved to Athens.
She grew up and went to school in Ampelokipi and studied at the Hellenic Pedagogical Institute. She started working in kids daycare centers, but something kept pushing her towards sales and business. So, in 2002, after passing an exam at the University of Piraeus, she obtained her certification and license to practice as a financial and insurance consultant.
Thanks to her talent in sales, she quickly built up a large portfolio and clientele and worked with the biggest companies in the field, winning major awards and always being among the top producers. This inexhaustible talent was not to be wasted and so she entered the real estate sector and the real estate profession. With her many years of experience, she had no difficulty at all in adapting and excelling in a highly competitive field and is not only the first in sales in our office, but also was the first Broker in production in the RE/MAX network in Greece for 2022.
She has attended many seminars and training programs related to the real estate industry, Greek and from other markets in Europe. She lives in Maroussi with her family and often visits her parents’ house in Vytina for relaxation, but with her mobile phone always on. She holds the record of 100% success in the sales of the properties she selectively undertakes.
